i rearranged some rockwork, but otherwise, nothing too exciting going on tank is looking kinda glum lately. only have 2 clowns in it at the moment. i'll do a water change this weekend and take some pics afterwards when things perk up.

well, i finally did it... i tore the tank down. and replaced it. with a 60gal cube pics to come. at the moment the cube is empty. i'm building my own sump which is taking longer than i expected (mostly b/c i don't know what i'm doing). if all goes according to plan, it'll be filled up this weekend. in the meantime, my poor fish are out in the garage and my corals too. i'll post some set up pics and more hopefully this weekend.

Whoa!!! cant wait to see the build! Im still trying to grow those goblins. Most perished in my tank crash but they are starting to make a comeback. Best part is they are 3x the size polyps from when you gave them to me. So right now i have 2 polyps and a 3rd is popping out. Fragged off all the blue with yellow skirt so theres no competition for the space. Few more months and the plug should be 1/2 covered :-)

here's a couple pics. didn't finish the transfer yet - ugh. pic of sump setup after the water test run, i know i messed up on the sump... baffles too high now to figure out how to fix it while it's half full of water. shoulda made it easy on myself and bought a professionally made one. oh well. no guts no glory.

yea, as usual you're right chef, haha. but it was annoying nonetheless. anyway, i fixed it by cutting out a long chunk of the baffle and by raising the stand the skimmer is on so now the water level is good.
spent my free time last weekend aquascaping. next project is to build a durso or gurgle buster. gonna build both and see which is better. once that's all done then i can finally get all the coral and fish into the tank and finish the aquascaping.
pics to follow in the next day or so.
