I want to convert A 120 gallon tank to be my new sump The problem is how to do precission cut for the insert ? Can I rent a high powered router ?

I have a table saw too but the cut on those are not precise.

Take them to a acrylic shop. You give them the dimensions they will cut it for you. You can go to either plastic depot in burbank or theres a place thats next to where aquarium city in north hollywood. They will cut it as well

Plastic depot don't cut the thick acrylic that the have in scrap at least But I will ask them if they can for custom dimension

Remember to use a finer teeth saw bit. Also cut outside the line, cutting on the line would make it smaller sometimes.
