Can you name the snail that makes this shell?

I got this shell for my hermit crabs from Mark's Tropical Fish last time I went there. They didn't know what type of snail makes these shells and I haven't been able to find anything on the internet. maybe this photo will help

Looks like a pookah shell

Do you mean puka?
Those are flat shells i use to find on the beach in Hawaii.
