Hi everyone,
As with most stuff, this is a long story...
I purchased a used cad light artisan l tank about 2 years ago. I suffered a shoulder injury and never set it up. After first surgery, I tried to move this tank with a buddy and my end hit the floor and it cracked. So, during the time of owning this used tank, I started to acquire all the necessary dry good to get going. So, I got a new Cad light artisan ll and I required a second surgery. This was a year ago. I have been sitting on all this equipment for a long time. If you have read this far, I did mention that this was a long story lol
Bottom line here is that I was in the hobby back in early 1990's and thought it would be way easy to set this build up but I have all kinds of sump plumbing questions. I want to do this right the first time as a lot of the technology has changed.
I was going to just sell all of this stuff but after seeing what kinds of offers I was receiving, I am going to keep it and do the hobby that I truly do love and do appreciate.
I can really use some help as the last thing I need is a leak or an overflow. If someone has some time and could help me out I would greatly appreciate it.
I need help understanding the sump plumbing and how to adjust for proper water levels in the 3 compartments. I have not set the tank up as of yet but want to have the plan with plumbing so I can just "do it"
I have skimmer, lighting but probably also need a few more things beside water.
If you think you have some time, please contact me at 818 825 7316 or just reply on board.
Thanks
Phil
